Our BBQ Story

We are a family owned local food trailer / catering team located in the Western Slope of Colorado. Head Chef / Pitmaster Zachary has worked his way up in top kitchens for the past decade, from James Beard nominated restaurant's to top BBQ destinations.

Co-Owner / Event Coordinator Sydney has also worked her

way up in top hospitality restaurants as a FOH specialist for the past decade. Sydney takes great pride in her work and to make every guest feel welcomed and loved!

RoseBear's BBQ has always been a vison of Zachary's. 12/2019 Zachary went into  an unexpected cardiac shock, where he had to have an LVAD implant. 8/4/20 he received his perfect match for a new heart transplant. During this time of recovery, the ground work began for RoseBear's BBQ. The vison turning into a reality.  Pouring his whole heart into his food and customer service, Zachary strives to be the best version of himself and to create the best BBQ for his family, his donors family, and his community.  Everything is made in house because we believe in doing things the right way. Nothing is premade using as many local ingredients as possible. All of our meat's are seasoned with house-made rubs and smoked low and slow on our stick burner 330 gallon offset pit.
